Overview
Perspectives on Intelligent Systems will take place on June 20, 2026 at the University of Vlora. It is a focused Research Conference devoted to the conceptual, mathematical, and algorithmic principles that underlie modern intelligent systems. The workshop aims to bring together researchers working across mathematics, computer science, and related areas to reflect on foundational questions that shape the design, analysis, and understanding of AI systems.
Rather than emphasizing specific tools or applications, the workshop prioritizes first principles, theoretical clarity, and systems-level understanding. It is intended to foster discussion across disciplinary boundaries and to create space for deeper engagement with the ideas that inform contemporary AI.
The meeting is held alongside the AlbaNovus Workshop on Foundations of AI, creating opportunities for interaction between senior researchers and advanced students while maintaining a distinct research-focused program. Both the Workshop and the Research Conference are hosted by the University of Vlora.
